Last Updated: October 27, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Winorio platform at winorio.pro and any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Winorio ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a software development firm based in Turkey.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our website or services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the service. Your continued use of the service after posting any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Please review our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Together, they govern your use of our digital services.
2. Permitted Use & License
Limited, Non-Exclusive License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Winorio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website and services for your legitimate business or personal purposes. This license does not permit you to:
- • Modify, copy, or create derivative works of our software code or platform architecture.
- • Use our services to build products that directly compete with Winorio's core offerings.
- • Automate data extraction via unauthorized scrapers or bots without prior written consent.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any equipment or internet connections needed to access the service. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our site in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the site or impairment of its availability or accessibility.
In the context of Winorio's gaming app services, you acknowledge that our software development packages are provided "as-is" for your own deployment and marketing. You hold full responsibility for the content and compliance of the apps you build and distribute using our tools.
Commercial vs. Personal Use
Key Differentiator: Commercial usage of Winorio-built apps requires a separate SaaS agreement for ongoing support.
Fair Use Policy
Our hosted sandbox environments are for testing. Excessive API calls or resource consumption may result in temporary throttling to ensure fair access for all users.
3. What You Must Not Do
Clear boundaries for a secure and respectful ecosystem.

Common Pitfalls & How to Avoid Them
Real-world scenarios from our client engagements that violate these terms.
"App Store Rejection" Trap
Scenario: A developer builds an app with our tools but uses copyrighted game assets from a third party, leading to an App Store rejection and potential legal notice.
"Over-Engineering" Cost
Scenario: A client requested a complex backend system for a simple game, exceeding the agreed scope and causing budget overruns.
"Stealth" Launch Issues
Scenario: A user launched an app in multiple regions without complying with local data privacy laws (KVKK, GDPR), resulting in blocked services.
"IP" Ambiguity
Scenario: A client believed they owned the complete source code, then tried to resell it as a SaaS product, which violates our "no resale" clause.
By continuing to use winorio.pro, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
